Through this site’s form we only process the data you voluntarily provide us with:
Required: contact name, business name, email, phone, type of business and location.
Optional: current website, social media profiles, Google Maps link, number of venues, business description, free-text message and languages of interest.
For security and consent-proof purposes, we also record the date and time of submission and the site language the form was submitted from.
We do not request or process special categories of data (article 9 RGPD). Please do not include health data, ideology, trade union affiliation or third-party data in the free-text message field.
To prepare that proposal and the sample site, we also consult publicly available sources about your business: your Google Business Profile listing, and your public Instagram and Facebook profiles if you provided them on the form or they are easily identifiable from your business details. We do not access private content or create accounts to interact with those services. We only look at what is already public.
We do not use your data to build profiles with legal effects, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
We work with the following providers, who act as data processors and with whom the corresponding contracts under article 28 RGPD have been signed:

Where an international transfer of data outside the European Economic Area exists, it is covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or a valid adequacy decision.
Your data is not shared with any other third party, except where legally required.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@rapidoybien.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
We will respond within one month at most.
If you believe our processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain).
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control to the admin panel via authentication, backups, and the principle of data minimisation.
This site is aimed exclusively at adults who own or represent an economic activity. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Any change will be published on this same page along with its update date.
